This role focuses on shaping platform strategy, leading complex transformation programmes, and strengthening relationships with major insurance clients. As Director, you will drive the growth of this capability, supporting some of the largest and most business?critical technology change initiatives in the market.

Your Profile
We are seeking an accomplished leader with:
- Extensive experience in technology consulting and platform transformation within the insurance sector
- In-depth knowledge of core insurance platforms and associated application ecosystems
- Strong delivery background with responsibility for multi-year, multi-million programmes
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted C?level relationships and act as a strategic advisor
- Proven commercial track record, including pipeline development and sales leadership
- Experience in leading large, diverse teams and developing senior talent
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into technology strategies and pragmatic solutions
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Client Relationships and Business Development
- Act as a senior advisor for platform strategy and transformation
- Lead major proposal efforts and build a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop long-term client partnerships across technology and business functions
- Shape and Deliver Large Transformation Programmes
- Define platform architectures, delivery approaches, and implementation roadmaps
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across consulting, engineering, and vendor partners
- Ensure successful delivery, quality management, and risk mitigation

- Shape go-to-market propositions and differentiated service offerings
- Strengthen relationships with platform vendors and technology partners
- Contribute to thought leadership to position the practice as a market leader
- Lead and Develop Teams
- Coach senior managers and managers to build a high-performing practice
- Support recruitment and capability development across the Insurance Platforms team
