Overview The Partner in Finance Transformation within the Financial Services business will lead strategic initiatives that will reshape the finance function for major banks, insurers, and asset managers. The role will be responsible for driving large-scale transformation programs, advising C-suite executives, and ensuring the consultancy will remain at the forefront of innovation in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Will define and execute the vision for Finance Transformation across the Financial Services sector in Germany.
Will build and sustain client relationships at board and executive level, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor on finance strategy, digital transformation, and regulatory change.

Will lead multi-million-euro transformation programs and deliver measurable results.
Will show strong business development skills, with a history of building long-term client relationships and generating significant revenue.
