Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Lead the expansion of the SAP practice in Germany, with a mandate to double its size.
- Cross-Border Leadership: Drive pan-European SAP programs, leveraging our unique ability to operate seamlessly across jurisdictions.
- Client Engagement: Partner with C-suite executives to deliver large-scale SAP transformations, including S/4HANA migrations, cloud adoption, and digital innovation.
- Practice Development: Shape service offerings
- Talent Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing SAP teams, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Equity Ownership: Contribute to firm governance and strategy as a shareholder, influencing long-term direction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in SAP consulting leadership, ideally within Big4 or top-tier professional services.
- Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and digital transformation programs.
